AT THE RIGHT TIME- THERE IS TIME FOR EVERYTHING

When the book of Ecclesiastes says there's time for everything, it's a confirmation for me that there is really TIME for everything in life. Life comes with seasons and episodes that are in continuous process. Just as the earth experiences spring, then summer, then autumn, and winter — we all have our own life cycle with its seasons. Just like winter, emerge into existence out of darkness, so also we came to life when we were born, we grow, we get to the blooming stage of our life around our twenties, we grow and mature until we grow no more.

Today is a remarkable day for me as my darling second daughter goes to school for the first time. This is a great milestone for us in my family and we are thankful. If you stay in the UK, you would understand me when I say I waited patiently for this day, because children don't start school until they are three years old.

Every parent celebrates their children's milestone, this is a spectacular one for me because over the past couple of weeks when my first daughter started school after the lockdown, it was always a struggle to get my second girl back home after dropping off her sister. She always wanted to stay back in school. When I said STRUGGLE, it's been a real one. I feel so sad and pained seeing her unhappy, just because she wants to attend school. Every morning I decided to take her to playgrounds or take her shopping, if not, not only would she cry her head out, she would scream and throw tantrums. that would make people passing by to wonder if I was her mother.

I have waited patiently for today and am so thankful it's here. My daughter goes to nursery school. Yaaaaaaaay!!!😄😁

This makes me reflect on the seasons of life.  As much as my daughter desperately wants to stay back in school, it wasn't her time to resume school.  She has been ready even before she clocked three but it wasn't her time due to her age. There was absolutely nothing I could have done to put her in school, except to WAIT. True, I was sorry for her, and in fact, I would have put her in the school, if I had the power to, but I couldn't.

There is time for everything, some things might not happen immediately when we want them but at the right time, they will surely come. We desire so many things in life, we desire positions, we desire mansions, dream cars, jobs, and so on. As humans, it is normal to desire and expect them to happen instantly but when it is not yet the season to harvest all those desires, we will still have to WAIT. As simple as the word PATIENT sounds, it takes God's grace to be able to wait patiently for our time. But it is doable with God's guiding word and His grace.

I hope we all can wait patiently on him as we go through different episodes of our lives with the HOPE that our HARVEST TIME will come soon.

Have a good and pleasant day people!!!
